Fawn Lakes Welcomes You

Welcome to Fawn Lakes Condominium Association! We are a serene 55+ community located in Manahawkin, NJ, which is close to shopping, restaurants, Long Beach Island, and easy access to the Garden State Parkway.

Our tranquil environment is nestled among trees, offering walking trails for birdwatching, quiet roads for bicycling, and lakes for fishing and kayaking. In the warmer months, we enjoy relaxing in our sparkling pool and gathering in our picnic grove for community and holiday celebrations.

In addition to outdoor activities, our clubhouse serves as our meeting place for fun dances, crafts, exercise, yoga, bingo, games, cards, shuffleboard, and dinners.

Fawn Lakes Community Association is made up of three separate condominium associations. Run by resident volunteers, we keep our association fees low by not needing a management company. No one is required to volunteer, but it is a nice way to socialize and meet neighbors!
